BKC Logistics provides transportation and logistics services including Full Truck Load (FTL), Part Truck Load (PTL), and related cargo movement services across India. All services are subject to vehicle availability, operational feasibility, and applicable regulations.
All bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on freight rates, pickup and delivery locations, and timelines. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in revised charges.
Freight charges are decided in advance and may vary due to fuel price fluctuations, toll charges, route changes, government regulations, or unforeseen operational conditions. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.
Estimated transit times are indicative and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, road restrictions, or other factors beyond control. BKC Logistics shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and accurate declaration of goods. BKC Logistics is not liable for damage arising from inadequate packaging, natural calamities, accidents, or force majeure events. Insurance coverage, if required, must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Loading and unloading responsibilities must be clearly communicated prior to shipment. Delays caused due to unavailability at loading or unloading points may attract detention or additional charges.
Transportation of illegal, hazardous, or restricted items is strictly prohibited unless all necessary legal permissions and documentation are provided.
Cancellations after vehicle placement may attract cancellation or detention charges depending on the stage of shipment.
All services are provided in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India and resolved through mutual discussion wherever possible.
